Frequently Asked Questions

  • What does a typical session look like?

Each session lasts  60 minutes and is 1-on-1 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.  Your therapist will travel to you with all equipment needed.  During your initial visit, we conduct a thorough evaluation to create a personalized plan that aligns with your unique goals.  At Naples Physical Therapy and Performance, we are committed to you through your recovery journey. You have direct access to your therapist between sessions.  â€‹â€‹This ensures you receive timely guidance and reassurance whenever you need it, enhancing the therapeutic journey.

  • Do you take insurance?

Naples PT and Performance is an out-of-network provider so we do not take health insurance. If you qualify for out-of-network benefits, we will provide you with a detailed invoice or superbill for potential reimbursement through your insurance provider.  We do accept HSA / FSA.

  • How much does a session cost?

Our session costs vary depending on the type of service and duration of treatment. Please contact us directly to inquire about our current rates and any available package options. We strive to offer transparent pricing and competitive rates to ensure accessibility to high-quality physical therapy services.

  • Where are you located?

Naples PT and Performance does not have a fixed clinic or physical location. As a mobile concierge physical therapy service in Naples and Marco Island, we have the capability to treat patients in any location, regardless of size. Whether it's your home, hotel room, office, gym, or any other space, our team is equipped to provide expert care wherever you are.

  • Do I need a doctor's referral?

No, you do not need a doctor's referral to schedule an appointment. Direct access to physical therapy allows individuals to seek treatment without a referral from a physician, saving time and money, and facilitating quicker access to care.  A thorough assessment will be completed to rule out major injury and if necessary referred out to a physician.
